chemical rush that triggers a "fight or flight" response.
Playing dead

delayed relaxation (prolonged contraction) of the skeletal muscles

And if all the glacier thaw at the same time
Simultaneously

All the noises and frequencies were heard
Silent waves
the smell of the dead and the first sprouts/ bloom of spring
the dawn in the north with its bright color palette
